This is the shared online appointment scheduler operated by Watchung Pediatrics and Hometown Pediatrics. It helps families find an available visit and book it with the appropriate practice.

To match the patient to the correct record and book the requested appointment, the scheduler asks for the patient’s name, date of birth, and mobile number already on file. That information is used only for matching and booking and is sent only to the practice’s own systems. It is not sent to either analytics service.

We use self-hosted Umami without cookies to understand whether the scheduler is working. We also use Google Analytics 4 in a restricted configuration to measure how families find the site and move through a small set of booking steps. We do not send names, dates of birth, mobile numbers, visit details, or patient identifiers. Google Signals, advertising personalization, and advertising storage are disabled.

The booking flow keeps its temporary session and first-touch source information in sessionStorage only, for the current browser tab. It does not store the patient’s name, date of birth, or mobile number there. We do not use advertising cookies.
